About GBR
GB Rhent is a short term rental (STR) management company owned and operated by two brothers, Windsor and Jonathan. Born and raised in Connecticut, they have always had the desire to help others. Jonathan’s background in the Marine Corps and Windsor’s business experience creates a world where that is possible. They teamed up to form this company in order to serve others, allowing all their clients to have the freedom of earning income in the comfort of their home. What better way than through short-term rentals!
Jonathan Barisano
Co-Founder, Director of Operations & Marketing
Jonathan was born and raised in Connecticut but calls Virginia his home with his wife, Charlotte, and two dogs. He served 4.5 years in the Marine Corps and went on to lead as a Director at a Chick-fil-A. Before joining the military, Jonathan spent many hours working on in-home remodels where his love for real estate really started. Taking that passion for real estate and combining years of experience in multiple business environments, he makes for a perfect fit at GBR with his brother-in-law Windsor. Outside of work, Jonathan can be found at the range, on a mountain (hiking or camping), gym, and snowboarding!
Windsor Griffing
Co-Founder, Director of Sales & Finance
Windsor was born and raised in Windsor, Connecticut. He and his wife Anna live in Connecticut with their bernedoodle puppy, Cece. Some of Windsor’s passions are disc golf, dog training and beer brewing. He is an entrepreneur. One of his ventures was a snack food company named Raw Food Central, which manufactures and supplies store chains like Whole Foods with products they developed. Using his business and marketing skills Windsor worked within the company as the Chief Operating Officer and now enjoys working with his brother-in-law Jonathan at GBR.
